A few things to know before your ceramic creature sets off on its journey to its new home 🫶🏼

Payment

This website doesn't process payments directly, so once you've sent your enquiry through the form, I'll get in touch within 24 hours

We'll go over all the details together, I'll answer any questions you might have, and we'll arrange payment (usually by bank transfer, or whatever works best for both of us)

Once everything's sorted, your future ceramic companion officially starts being created ✨🦔

Packing

Every creature is one of a kind, so I pack each one myself with lots of care (and a healthy dose of paranoia)

Before it leaves my studio, I make sure it's wrapped in plenty of padding, safely tucked into a sturdy box, and ready to meet you (yes I'm a proud overprotective mom to all of my ceramic creatures) 📦🤍

Shipping

I ship both within the Netherlands and internationally ✈️

Shipping costs depend on the size of your ceramic companion and where it's traveling to, and I'll always let you know the exact cost before we confirm everything

Once your little creature sets off on its journey, I'll send you a tracking number so we can both watch it make its way safely to its new home 🧚🏼‍♂️

If something goes wrong

I do everything I can to make sure each ceramic creature is packed safely before it leaves my studio. Thankfully, most deliveries go perfectly smoothly, but of course unexpected things can happen — that's just part of sending fragile things around the world

If your little companion arrives damaged, please send me a photo within a few days of delivery and we'll sort it out together 🤍
