Everything you need to know about paying for your piece and getting it safely to your door.

Payment

This website doesn't process payments directly. Once you've sent an enquiry through the form, I'll personally get in touch within 24 hours to confirm availability, answer any questions, and arrange payment — usually by bank transfer or another method that works for you.

Your piece is reserved for you as soon as we've agreed on the order, and it officially begins its journey into the world once payment is received.

Packing

Every piece is one of a kind and delicate, so each one is wrapped by hand with plenty of padding and packed into a sturdy box made to travel safely.

Shipping

I ship within the Netherlands and internationally. The cost depends on the size and weight of the piece and where it's going, and I'll always confirm the exact amount with you before anything is sent. Once your companion is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it home.

If something goes wrong

Despite careful packing, accidents can happen in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, please send me a photo within a few days of it arriving and we'll sort it out together.
