This page explains what happens to the details you share when you send an enquiry through this website.

What I collect

When you fill in the enquiry form, you share your name, email, city, an optional phone number, and whatever you write in the message. That is the only personal information this website collects — there are no tracking cookies and no analytics.

Why

I use these details for one thing only: to reply to your enquiry and, if you would like to order, to arrange the details with you. I never sell or share your information with anyone else.

How your enquiry reaches me

The form is handled by Web3Forms, a service that turns your submission into an email and forwards it to my inbox. Web3Forms is based in the United States, so your enquiry passes through their servers on the way to me, where it is kept for around 30 days before being deleted. After that it lives only in my own email, for as long as I need it to help you.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to show you what details I hold about you, correct them, or delete them — just email me and I will take care of it.
